We produce 4 types of surveys to the highest standard.

MANAGMENT SURVEY

To create an asbestos register for ACMs to be identified and managed.

REFURBISHMENT SURVEY

To identify ACMs prior to planned refurbishment works and assess the need for removals.

PRE-DEMOLTION SURVEY

To identify ACMs prior to planned demolition and assess the need for removals.

RE-INSPECTION SURVEY

To re-inspect previously identified ACMs within a property, assess condition and make recommendations.

Six Type LTD Covers the entirety of the UK and Ireland at a moments notice, Six Type LTD also has the ability to cover international areas should the project arise. 

Six Type LTD manages the entirety of the project from start to finish, firstly one of our dedicated estimators will identify the project requirements and quote as necessary, from there our highly experienced project managers will organise and confirm the most suitable day for our surveyors to visit site and conduct our work.

Upon completion of our time on site, Any samples taken will be transported to our 3rd party independant UKAS accredited laboratory and will confirm or deny the presence of asbestos in the materials sampled.  

From there you will be issued with your own asbestos survey report with accompanying recommendations on how to safely manage and continue your project.

Payments can be made using any of the following methods; Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer & Paypal.

For new clients our survey handover is always completed on a pro-forma basis, once payment is recieved the survey report will be issued within 1 hour of payment.

For continuous existing clients an invoice will be issued and payment is required within 14 days.

Our survey report will be produced in 1 of 3 ways; A digital PDF for online and mobile viewing, A Printed copy sent to the clients address or A combination of the above using our online survey report portal with digital floor plan viewing and documentation viewing.

The project is priced and organise.

One of our dedicated estimating team will provide a price and once accepted our project manager will organise a survey date.

We conduct our on site survey.

Our surveyors will attend site and conduct their work sampling all necessary materials to compile a fully comprehensive survey.

We confirm our surveying findings.

We recieve the analysis results from our 3rd Party UKAS accredited laboratory and issue a full survey report with finding recommendations.
